Hello Boaters,

Spring has sprung here at Four Seasons, and the summer boating season looms just around the bend!

The following are a few updates:

• Contracts are still being accepted for the summer boating season which starts May 1^st and ends November 30^th.
• Construction on the new D-dock will be complete and ready for boats by May 1^st.
• Pirates Cove Restaurant will open April 14^th
• The Sand Bar Restaurant will open March 20^th
• The Ship’s Store will open May 5^th
• The Four Seasons Fuel Dock will open weekends in late April, and 7 days a week in mid-May.

Hello Everyone,

Autumn has arrived at Four Seasons!  Here are a couple announcements to get you prepped for the coming months:

The fuel dock will remain open weekends through November 17. Call us at (513) 321-3300 for fuel dock hours.

Contacts for summer 2017 will be sent out in December and are due January 1, 2017 with deposit for those boaters who were slip holders in 2016.

Contracts for the winter moorage season are now being accepted. Winter moorage starts December 1, 2016 and ends April 30, 2017. The rate is $29/ft.

Pirates Cove closed October 1 for the season, but Yesterdays bar will remain open Fridays and Saturday nights into November.

Hello Everyone and welcome to summer at Four Seasons Marina!

Here are a few announcements: 

Construction of our new B-dock was completed the end of April 2016, ready for the start of our summer contract season on May 1^st.  The new concrete decked dock complete with Easton “lighthouse” power pedestals boasts 134 slips and 6 jet ski ports.  On the upriver side of the Marina, B-dock is 1045’ long and is the first of a four phase program initiated by (our owner) Towne Properties to modernize the Marina. Over the coming years the other main docks, D, C, and A will be replaced in that order by Floating Docks Inc. of Indianapolis, Indiana.  This project is all part of Towne Properties commitment to provide it’s boaters with the finest docking facility on the Ohio River.
 
All three of Four Season’s restaurants (Pirates Cove, Yesterdays, and the Sand Bar) are open and bustling with customers.  The Golf driving range, with their unique floating golf balls that you drive into a lake, is busy as well.  

The sand volley ball courts, adjacent to the Sand Bar Pub, are active with their summer leagues.  Our resident award winning boat sales dealership, Sea Ray of Cincinnati, can offer you new Sea Ray, Meridian, Moomba, Supra, and Bayliner boats, as well as South Bay pontoons.  
 
Let us remind you that all of our businesses are open to the public.  It’s a relaxed atmosphere where you can eat, drink, play, or just wander around enjoying the nautical atmosphere.  If you are looking for moorage pricing and would like a tour of the facility, stop by the Marina office and talk to the managers Denny Schalk and Mark Hemsath.

Hello Everyone,

• For the next four years Four Seasons will begin construction to replace the four main docks.  Beginning in the Spring of 2016, one dock per year will be replaced with a new docking system.  These docks will be built by Floating Dock Mfg Co. of Indianapolis, IN.   At the completion of this project in the spring of 2019, Four Seasons will boast the one of newest and finest docking systems in the Midwest. 

• Contracts for the summer 2016 are now being accepted in the Marina office.  Here you can see a schematic of the new B-dock.  There are currently vacancies on each dock, but they are expected to fill up as we get closer to Spring.

• Come see us at the Cincinnati Travel Sports & Boat Show at the Cincinnati Convention Center.  We will have pictures of the new docking system at our booth (#73).  Show dates are January 15, 16, 17, & 20-24^th.  Hope to see you there!

A few  announcements to help you prepare for the fall/winter at Four Seasons Marina:

• Contracts are now being accepted for winter moorage (December 1^st thru April 30^th)  Slip fees are $28/ft.

• The Fuel Dock will be open (weekends only) until November 28^th.

• Pirates Cove and The Sand Bar have closed for the season & Yesterday’s at Four Seasons Restaurant will be open Friday and Saturday night through Thanksgiving.

• Yesterday’s will have a Thanksgiving Buffet, for details / reservations call (513) 871-4354

Hi Everyone!

A few announcements: 

• The water levels have receded from the heavy rains in June and early July.  Boating can be resumed without the danger of swift currents or having to dodge floating trees in the Ohio River, so get out and go boating! 
• The Four Seasons Fuel Dock summer hours are,  Mon-Fri: noon-8pm,  Sat & Sun: 10am-8pm
• All three restaurants (Pirates Cove, Yesterdays, and the Sand Bar) are open and busy!
• The Marina still has slips open for boats 35’ in length and smaller.  For larger boats there is a waiting list.

The Ship's Store is now officially open as of May 15th!  Come in and browse through our great selection of everything you need for your next time out on the water!  

• Pirates Cove Restaurant is now open weekends and weekdays (weather permitting).
• Yesterday's at Four Seasons Restaurant is now open Fridays and Saturdays at 5pm.
• The Sand Bar is now open weekdays at 3pm till 2:30am, and Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 2:30am.
• The golf driving range is open and busy!
• Summer docking season starts May 1st, slips are still available for boats 45' and under.
• The Fuel Dock will open weekends starting May 1st.  They will be open daily after Memorial Day weekend.
